The purpose of the Chair is to lead students to understand the strategic issue of good information governance. They must be able to manage information as a strategic asset of the company.
Within the chair they will be able:
1- To acquire the necessary knowledge to analyze and assess information governance processes and activities in the organization
2- To know and identify the various key roles related to the governance of information, from the analyst to the data scientist via the data stewards. Who is the owner of the information? Who is responsible ? How to effectively manage all the information needed by the company?
3- To work with chair professional partners on concrete cases

- Moreover, students will have to validate a research project whose subject will be define by the chair partners or to do a 3-6 months internship in chair partners companies which will offer position related to information strategy & governance.
- Chair students will have to attend and participate to the student challenge organized by the chair and chairs partners.
